Following almost two decades in Venezuela, Janice is in the USA researching existing Latin American Missionary-sending organizations to identify for Central and South American Church Organizations what is important for them to establish in organization and processes to become effective in sending and supporting Latin as missionaries to the World. She also serves as interpreter for visiting Latin speakers and with short term mission teams to Spanish speaking countries.
